Fabric and Research
Overshirt made from a lightweight nylon with hollow fibers. Even very bulky garments made with this material are surprisingly light. The finished garment is dyed with indigo pigment, then faded through an innovative corrosion treatment, reflecting STOthtNE ISLthtAND’s ongoing commitment to research and experimentation. The corroded areas take on a worn appearance and varying colors due to the irregularity of the treatment, creating a blurred effect and making each piece unique.
Style and Fit
Two chest pockets: on left, bellows pocket with top entrance and snap; on right, larger bellows pocket with slanted entrance and snap. Large internal bellows chest pocket with slanted entrance and snap, whose outline stitching is visible on the outside. STOthtNE ISLthtAND Denim Research badge with metal divs on left sleeve. One snap at cuffs and another at sleeve plackets. Darted back yoke. Rounded bottom hem. Two-way zipper fastening concealed under placket with snap at collar. Regular fit.
